Luxe Service – Care Program

 

The shipment of the material is the responsibility of the Customer. Upon request, UNITERS S.p.A. can organize collection via express courier. The cost of collection is communicated to the Customer before sending and is managed as an additional service which can be accessed by requesting the Personalized package.

The collection methods will be agreed in advance and communicated to the Customer via email.

All shipments are covered by insurance up to a value of €2,000.00 unless otherwise agreed upon in the quote.

The return of the material at the end of the service takes place via express courier to the address or collection point agreed with the customer and is always at the expense of UNITERS S.p.A.
