Does the service have a fixed cost?
Only for the 'essenziale' service, you can proceed directly with a fixed-price order. In the case of repairs and stain removal services, please provide more detailed information, and we will send you a quote.
How can I understand if damage is repairable?
You can consult our image gallery where you will find some common examples of solved problems. In any case, follow the instructions for our service 'personalizzato' to get the opinion of one of our technicians.
How can I get a quote?
Register and complete the 'personalizzata' quote request procedure, one of our technicians will contact you for a personalised offer.
How should I organize the shipping of my bag?
Once you accept the quote, you will be provided with packaging suggestions and you can use a courier of your choice for transport. If you prefer, we can also arrange collection with our express courier service, and we will communicate the cost, which will be added to the repair service. In this case, always use the 'personalizzato' option even if you need an 'essentiale' service to receive a quote.
Can I specify any delivery address?
You can specify any address in Italy. If it's inconvenient for you to be present during the express courier delivery hours, you can also opt for delivery to a collection point.
How should I package the product for shipment?
We recommend using anonymous boxes; do not use original bags or sacks with logos. Place the item in a plastic bag to protect it from water and moisture during transportation. Choose a box of suitable dimensions, and if necessary, use paper as padding.
How is the safety of my bag guaranteed during transport?
Shipments organized by UNITERS are entrusted to trusted express couriers and are covered by insurance. To learn more about the terms of coverage, consult the #Terms and Conditions of the service.
Is it possible to repair a 'non-genuine' leather bag?
Generally no, synthetic materials (whether plastic or new-generation materials also produced with plant-based raw materials) have lower weight and thickness and are less resistant to the agents used for stain removal/reconstruction. Therefore, the service is currently limited to genuine leather products only.
How long will it take to complete the service?
The delivery date will be communicated upon receipt at the laboratory; however, requests are generally processed within two weeks of arrival at our facility.
How can I make the payment?
